Returns

How to return:

If you need to return an unused item you can do so within 30 days of receipt. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking charge.

Please fill out a web returns form, you can print this by clicking the link below or alternatively fill out the form digitally and return to sales@southwestfixings.co.uk. Please make sure all fields are filled on the form.

Goods returned must be unworn/unused, in a saleable condition with all original tags and labels attached with a valid proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items inc. but are not limited to:

Animal medicines, vaccines, special orders, chemicals (pesticides/herbicides), animal and pet food, paints (inc. mixed colour paints), aerosols, solvents, PPE and building products that are marked as NON-returnable.

Southwest Fixings reserves the right (under certain circumstances) to return faulty items to the manufacturer for further inspection before a refund or exchange is offered.
